- PPC campaign budgets are accepted only via direct bank transfer to our registered business account.
- We do not accept PPC budgets via payment gateway links or third-party wallets.
Other Services (Website, SEO, AI SEO, Design, Marketing, etc.)
- Payments for all other services must be made via our secure payment gateway link (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe/Paytm Business).
- Official invoices and payment confirmations are provided for every successful transaction.
General: Work commences after payment confirmation unless a written milestone plan states otherwise.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window (within 48 hours): If you cancel within 48 hours of payment, you are eligible for a full refund (gateway/processing fees may apply). Refunds are issued to the original source within 5–7 business days.
After 48 hours: Once 48 hours have passed—or once any project work has begun—payments become strictly non-refundable.
PPC Budgets: Advertising spends are non-refundable once a campaign has started or credits are allocated, as they are consumed directly by the ad platform (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
7. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools (Google Ads/Analytics, Meta Business, etc.). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and SocialGos is not responsible for data handling outside our domain.
